The packages

Below you will find an explanation of the content of the different packages for clients who are not entitled to subsidized mediation . The amounts include VAT, travel expenses, attorney's fees and court fees. These packages are only possible with a divorce mediation and if you are married or have a registered partnership. If you have your own company, it depends on the type of company whether you can also opt for a package. We can adjust the package prices in mutual consultation. Contact hours are the time spent on meetings, telephone consultations and video calls. In all other cases I work on an hourly basis. My hourly rate is € 96.80 per person including VAT.

Base

This package is suitable for a mediation involving:

 

  • A clear financial division

  • No minor children

  • No own home

  • Agreement on the agreements.

Plus Extra

Extensive guidance when, for example:

 

  • The financial situation must be properly mapped out

  • There are minor children

  • There may be partner alimony

  • There is a home that one of you wants to take over

  • There are several issues and parties are not really on speaking terms

€ 1.800 per person

Plus

This package is best suited if:

 

  • There is a more complex financial situation

  • There are minor children

  • The owner-occupied home is sold

  • Parties can still consult properly
