Who am I

 

I am an MfN registered mediator, accredited family mediator and legal counsel. I have extensive experience as a lawyer and as a company legal/general counsel. In addition, as a lawyer, I was HR manager and later managing partner of the firm.

After leaving my law firm I worked for a family owned company and later for a multinational (equity owned). There I was responsible and accountable for all legal matters. I still work on an interim basis as legal counsel.

I was Chairman of a large sports club and member of a disciplinary committee of the KNVB (Dutch Football Association) and arbitrator.

From that background, I have extensive experience in handling all kinds of conflicts and guiding negotiation processes.
